H.A. Naik, Founder member of “Elevator Solutions and Consultants”, Pune, formerly a Sr. Manager- Operations in M/s. Otis Elevator India Limited has more than 29 years of experience in elevator industries. Now working as elevator consultants for last four years, which involves Installation of Elevator external shaft, Safety training, Awareness programs, audits, PWD License online processing etc.
He graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1996 from CWIT, Pune. Now, associated with many Elevator Companies in external elevators shafts, lift designing, setting processes, policies, consultancy to builders and an auditor for end user. He possess extensive knowledge in all aspects of the new Construction, Installation, Maintenance and Modernization of elevators. He is actively involved in private and government programs that aim to improve education and awareness in elevator sector.
From last one year engaged in Elevator Education to produce job opportunities for technical/ non-technical people who wish to make career in this industry, with safety and quality as main motto.
