Installation of external fabricated elevator shaft is very critical process which involves many aspects such as feasibility, statutory requirements, design, specification of steel /RCC, electrical, cladding to ensure weather and dust proof enclosure with aesthetic. Above all, design and workmanship must be in line with tailor made elevator requirements. Very important, adhering to all safety aspects as per Mumbai Lift Act 1939. With 25 years of elevator knowledge and now almost 4 years in installation of external elevator shafts, we have developed a complete package of elevator shaft with our own in-house expertise and labour. Turnkey project involves below stages.

• Feasibility check: Proper Site visit for in view of municipal corporation norms and elevator specifications.
• Statutory: Complete process, co-ordination, documentation for Municipal Corporation sanctioning.
• Civil work: RCC pit, front wall constriction and anchoring with existing building.
• Fabrication: proper specification, design and workmanship for steel structure.
• Electrical: Three phase meter, cabling, earthing, shaft electrical work in line with elevator requirement.
• Cladding: shaft enclosure with ACP, Glass, etc to enhance building aesthetics and make elevator shaft weather and dust proof.
• Technical and manpower Support during elevator erection activities.
